These terms govern the purchase, deployment, and use of any medical equipment distributed by MedixoPro Solutions. By procuring equipment through our platform, the buying institution agrees to the terms listed below.

2. Equipment Usage and Scope

All medical equipment provided is intended strictly for professional use by qualified medical personnel. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that staff are adequately trained before operating imaging systems, surgical robots, or diagnostic analyzers.

3. Conditions of Sale (New vs Refurbished)

• New Equipment: Factory-sealed with full OEM warranty.
• Certified Refurbished: Extensively tested, recalibrated, and certified to meet original manufacturing standards by authorized technicians.

4. Liability and Indemnification

MedixoPro acts as a distributor and aggregator of premium medical equipment. While we rigorously vet all suppliers and products, liability for direct medical outcomes or patient care remains solely with the healthcare provider utilizing the equipment.

5. Installation and Calibration

Complex machinery (such as MRI scanners and flow cytometers) requires professional installation. If installation services are not procured through MedixoPro, the buyer assumes all responsibility for incorrect setup that may void the warranty.
