This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which MedixoPro Solutions may accept returns and issue refunds for laboratory and scientific research equipment. Refund Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria

A refund may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met simultaneously. Partial fulfillment of these criteria does not guarantee eligibility.

Required Conditions for Refund
  • The instrument received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or materially incorrect as compared to the confirmed order
  • MedixoPro has been given the opportunity to evaluate the issue and is unable to provide a repair or replacement solution
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation

Technical Evaluation Required

All refund requests are subject to a technical evaluation by our in-house team. MedixoPro reserves the right to first attempt repair or replacement before a refund is considered. Refunds will only be processed after this evaluation process is completed.

Non-Refundable Cases

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following circumstances. These exclusions apply regardless of the time elapsed since delivery.

  • Customer change of mind or preference after the order has been placed or delivered
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer, including wrong model, specification, or configuration selection
  • Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or operation outside manufacturer guidelines

Buyer Responsibility Reminder

It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to verify that the equipment meets their specific operational, regulatory, and compatibility requirements before completing a purchase. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for details on Buyer obligations.

Return Authorization (RMA)

Process

All returns must receive prior written approval from MedixoPro. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, or credited under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return

Technical Evaluation

Our team will review your case and may request photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage to assist in the evaluation process.

Receive Your RMA Number

Upon approval, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

Ship the Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the designated return address using a trackable shipping method. Returns without a valid RMA number will be refused.

Important: Returns sent without a valid, pre-approved RMA number will not be accepted or processed. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.

Shipping & Handling Responsibility

Logistics

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely and appropriately packaged to prevent further damage during transit. MedixoPro will not be held liable for damage incurred during return shipping.

Shipping Cost & Packaging Requirements
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by MedixoPro
  • Returned items must be securely packaged using appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during transit
  • Products damaged due to inadequate packaging during return shipping may be rejected or may not qualify for a refund or credit
  • MedixoPro recommends using a trackable and insured shipping service for all returns

Transit Damage on Delivery

Any damage that occurs during inbound delivery from MedixoPro to the customer must be reported promptly upon receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence and carrier documentation. Claims submitted after delivery acceptance without a noted damage record may not be eligible for resolution.
