Welcome to MedixoPro Solutions. This Seller Policy outlines the strict guidelines and operational standards required for all authorized vendors, suppliers, and distributors selling medical equipment through our platform. Our priority is patient safety and clinical excellence.

2. Certification and Compliance

All sellers must provide valid, up-to-date documentation proving that their equipment meets international healthcare standards (e.g., FDA, CE, ISO 13485). Unverified products will be immediately removed.

3. Product Listings and Descriptions

• All product information must be 100% accurate, up-to-date, and medically verified.
• Sellers must clearly state whether the equipment is "New", "Refurbished", or "Certified Refurbished".
• High-quality, genuine images are required for all listings.

4. Shipping and Logistics

Sellers are required to use secure, medically compliant logistics partners. Equipment must be packaged to withstand international shipping without compromising calibration or sterility.

5. Returns and Warranties

All new equipment must carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. Certified refurbished equipment must carry a minimum 6-month warranty. Sellers are obligated to accept returns for defective items within 30 days of delivery.
