These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of refurbished biomedical, laboratory, and scientific equipment by MedixoPro ("Seller", "we", "our", or "us") to the purchaser ("Buyer", "you", or "your"), as identified in the applicable invoice, quotation, or sales order.
By placing an order or submitting payment, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions in their entirety.
Final Sale Policy
Sales PolicyUnless otherwise agreed in writing by MedixoPro prior to purchase, all sales are considered final.
Refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will not be accepted after the transaction has been completed, except where explicitly approved in writing by the Seller.
No Exceptions Without Written Approval
Any exception to the final sale policy requires prior written authorization from MedixoPro. Verbal agreements or informal email requests alone do not constitute approval — a formal written confirmation from MedixoPro is required in all cases.
Equipment Condition & Inspection
Quality StandardsAll refurbished biomedical and laboratory equipment sold by MedixoPro is professionally inspected and tested to verify operational functionality before shipment, unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
Equipment descriptions, specifications, and condition details are provided to the best of our knowledge and may vary slightly from actual product appearance or configuration due to the nature of refurbished goods.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Every unit undergoes operational testing by our in-house technical team prior to packaging and dispatch, unless marked otherwise.
Condition Disclosure
Product listings include condition grades and known variances. Minor cosmetic differences from listing images may occur with refurbished items.
"As Is" and "For Parts Only" Equipment
Special ListingsCertain items in our inventory carry special condition designations. Any equipment explicitly marked as any of the following is sold without any warranty, guarantee, or assurance of performance:
- "As Is"
- "For Parts Only"
- "Non-Tested"
For such products, MedixoPro disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or operational reliability.
Buyer Assumes Full Risk
The Buyer accepts "As Is," "For Parts Only," and "Non-Tested" equipment entirely at their own risk. MedixoPro will not entertain any claims, disputes, or refund requests related to performance, condition, or functionality of such items after the sale is completed.
Buyer Responsibility
Your ObligationsThe Buyer is solely responsible for verifying that the equipment meets their specific operational and regulatory requirements before completing a purchase. This includes:
- Determining whether the equipment is suitable for its intended application and clinical or laboratory environment
- Verifying compatibility with existing systems, infrastructure, or laboratory requirements
- Ensuring full compliance with local regulations, certifications, and usage standards applicable in their jurisdiction
MedixoPro shall not be responsible for improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or operation outside of the original manufacturer's guidelines.
Limited Liability
Liability CapIn the event of a verified issue covered under an approved warranty agreement, MedixoPro's sole obligation shall be limited to one of the following remedies, at our sole discretion:
Repair
Repair of the affected equipment at no additional cost to the Buyer.
Replacement
Replacement with an equivalent unit of equal or comparable specification.
Refund
Partial or full refund where applicable and approved in writing.
Under no circumstances shall MedixoPro be liable for any of the following, regardless of the nature or cause of the claim:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Consequential losses
- Loss of business or profits
- Delays in operations
- Data loss
- Laboratory interruptions
Shipping, Customs & Import Duties
LogisticsMedixoPro will package all equipment according to reasonable international shipping and protection standards. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the carrier, destination country, and customs processing times.
The Buyer is solely responsible for all costs and obligations associated with receiving the shipment in their jurisdiction, including:
- Import permits and documentation
- Customs clearance fees
- Duties, taxes, and tariffs
- Brokerage and handling fees
- Compliance with local import regulations
- Applicable licensing requirements
Shipping Damage Claims
Any damage that occurs during transit must be reported to MedixoPro promptly upon delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and carrier documentation. Claims submitted after delivery acceptance without a noted damage record may not be eligible for resolution.
Warranty Disclaimer
WarrantiesExcept where expressly stated in writing as part of the formal sales order or quotation, MedixoPro provides no additional warranties, either express or implied, regarding equipment sold through its platform or sales channels.
Any manufacturer warranty, if applicable and still valid, remains entirely subject to the original manufacturer's terms, conditions, and service network. MedixoPro makes no representations on behalf of the original manufacturer.
Warranty Must Be in Writing
No verbal representation, email exchange, or marketing material constitutes a warranty unless it is explicitly included in the signed quotation, sales order, or a separate written warranty document formally issued by MedixoPro.
Entire Agreement
Legal CompletenessThis Agreement represents the complete and entire understanding between the Buyer and MedixoPro regarding the purchase and sale of equipment. It supersedes all prior communications, discussions, representations, or agreements — whether written or verbal — made before the date of the applicable transaction.
No modification to this Agreement shall be valid or enforceable unless made in writing and formally approved by MedixoPro. Any attempt to modify these terms verbally or through informal correspondence shall have no legal effect.
Supersedes Prior Agreements
All previous negotiations, representations, and understandings — written or verbal — are replaced in full by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Written Modifications Only
Changes to this Agreement are valid only when made in writing and countersigned by an authorized representative of MedixoPro Solutions.
Acceptance of Terms
Your AgreementBy submitting payment, placing an order, or accepting delivery of equipment from MedixoPro, the Buyer confirms and acknowledges all of the following:
- I have read these Terms and Conditions in full
- I understand the terms outlined herein, including all disclaimers and limitations
- I agree to comply with this Agreement in its entirety
This acceptance is legally binding and applies to all current and future transactions conducted with MedixoPro, unless superseded by a separately executed written agreement signed by both parties.
